Isochoric processes are the processes in which the volume remains the same throughout the process while isobaric processes the pressure remains the same throughout the process.
In an isobaric process as the pressure of the system remains constant the force exerted on the system remains constant while in an isochoric process the volume remains constant so no force acts on the body.
Now, considering the work done, we can say that in isochoric processes the work done remains zero while in an isobaric process the work done can be given as $P\Delta V$ .
Now, considering the change in internal energy of the system which can be given mathematically as,
$\Delta Q=\Delta W+\Delta U$
$\Delta Q=P\Delta V+\Delta U$
Where W is the work done, U is internal energy and Q is heat energy of the body.
So, in isochoric process the volume remains constants work done will be zero so the change in heat energy can be given as,
$\Delta Q=\Delta U$
Now, in isobaric processes the pressure remains constant so the change in heat energy is zero as well the internal energy is also zero so, it can be given as,
$\Delta W=P\Delta V$.
Note: Student should not get confused between change in internal energy in isochoric and isobaric processes as in isobaric process the internal energy becomes zero while in isochoric process internal energy is equal to change in heat energy so, students must take care while writing the difference between them.
