FAQs on IOQJS Eligibility Criteria
1. What is the age criterion for IOQJS?
Students who are 14 or 15 years of age are eligible for appearing in the Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Junior Science. In other words, they must be born between January 1, 2006, and December 31, 2007 (all days inclusive).
2. Are overseas citizens of India eligible for IOQJS?
No, the students who are overseas citizens of India are not eligible to represent the national team at the International Olympiad of Junior Science. This is in conformance with the latest orders from the Madras High Court.
3. Can I take IOQJS and IOQP in the same year?
No, you cannot take IOQJS and IOQP or any IOQA, IOQC, or IOQB in the same year.
